Our large and spacious Arbitration Centre which provides a comfortable and neutral dispute resolution atmosphere. The facility boasts a large double volume ceiling with panoramic views of the park that borders Brooklyn Advocates Chambers lending a more relaxed, yet professional, atmosphere when compared with other arbitration facilities.
A feeling of occasion is present from the moment one walks into the stinkwood paneled facility with its solid stinkwood tables and large, comfortable leather chairs. A traditional courtroom setting has been created with arbitrators being seated on a raised dais facing the room. Seating for the witnesses and technical staff is provided just below the dais, to the right and left, with large flat screen monitors for presentation purposes mounted within line of sight for the whole room.
The Arbitration Centre can comfortably accommodate 21 people, which includes 3 arbitrators. Brooklyn Advocates’ Chambers provides ample safe undercover parking and the booking of the large arbitration centre further includes the use of 2 separate consultation/break-away rooms that adjoin the main arbitration room. The arbitrator is also provided with his/her own break-away room.
Wi-Fi connectivity is included for all participants, photocopy facilities can be provided and the use of our Clubroom/Restaurant for breaks and lunch is also available. Recording services can also be arranged upon request at an additional charge.

In addition to our Arbitration Centre, Brooklyn Advocates’ Chambers also offers a medium-sized arbitration facility that seats 14. This arbitration facility is lined with shelves filled with law reports and various legal publications that afford the room a traditional atmosphere.
The use of our Clubroom/Restaurant is also available. Photocopy and recording services can be provided and arranged upon request at an additional charge. The Library is a perfect facility for dispute resolution that requires a more informal boardroom setting while still affording the proceedings a feel of formality.

The Consultation Room is a boardroom style arbitration room that seats 10 people. The Consultation Room is perfect for smaller arbitrations. The booking of this facility also affords the use of our Clubroom/Restaurant. Photocopy and recording services can be provided and arranged upon request at an additional charge.
